The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chouri P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 registered under Sections 331(4), 305 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioners, who have committed theft of ornaments worth Rs. 7,00,000/- and cash of Rs.85,000/-, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.
