This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the trial court allowing the application under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C. moved by the defendants. 3. Against the order allowing the application under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C., the petitioner has remedy of filing revision. 5. In view of exercise of power under Article 227 of Constitution of India, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6.
