Page No.# 2/2 This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for impleadment of Shri Naba Kalita, the present Secretary of the Governing Body, Chhaygaon College, Chhaygaon, as contemnor/respondent No.9 in Cont.Cas(C) No.385/2020. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the earlier incumbent, namely, Shri Raju Bordoloi has resigned from the post of Secretary and as such, there is a requirement for impleading the present incumbent, namely, Shri Naba Kalita, Secretary of the Governing Body, Chhaygaon College, as contemnor/respondent No.9 in the Cont.Cas(C) No.385/2020. Having heard the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, I have carefully gone through the application and the documents placed on record. Since the earlier incumbent has resigned from the post of Secretary, the present incumbent is required to be impleaded in his place and as such, this interlocutory application stands allowed. The present incumbent, namely, Shri Naba Kalita, Secretary of the Governing Body of Chhaygaon College be impleaded as respondent No.9 in the Cont.Cas(C) No.385/2020. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. The learned counsel for the applicant shall file amended cause title of the Cont.Cas(C) No.385/2020 within a period of one week from today.
