Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at Government Primary School Dughernu Education Block Mehla-1, District Chamba. Petitioner’s case is that he has been serving at the aforesaid station for the last many years; That he has preferred a representation seeking his transfer from his present place of posting 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 but the said representation dated 01.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) has still not been decided by respondent No.2/competent authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of four weeks from today.
