ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S G PANDIT)
Heard
learned counsel, Sri.M.S.Haravi for the complainant and learned counsel, Sri.Prashanth S Hosamani for accused No.1 and 2.
2. This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of interim order dated 19.11.2024 in WP No.105027/2024, whereunder learned Single Judge of this Court passed the following order:
“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel Sri Prashant Hosmani, appears on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents to produce the medical certificate to show whether the petitioner is fit to join for duty as stated in Annexure-H. The respondents shall continue the services of the petitioner in the alternative post, till the next date of hearing.
3. The petitioner shall be permitted to approach the respondents. The respondents shall consider the petitioner for alternative post, within a period of two weeks. Call this matter on 03.12.2024.”
3. This Court issued notice to the accused and today learned counsel for accused No.1 and 2 files affidavit

of accused No.3 enclosing office order dated 29.10.2025 assigning lighter job to the complainant. Thus, we are of the opinion that there is substantial compliance with the interim
order passed by this Court.
4. Affidavit of accused No.3 would indicate that, in the affidavit accused No.3 has stated that he tried his level best to comply with the learned Single Judge’s order and as the complainant had to undergo medical examination, he took some time.
5. In the facts and circumstances, the explanation is accepted. Further contempt proceedings dropped.
