HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 3004 of 2025 Court No. - 47 HON'BLE SIDDHARTH, J. Heard Sri R. B. Pandey, learned counsel for the revisionist; learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent no.1; Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and perused material on record. The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 21.03.2025 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Mirzapur in Case No. 368 of 2016 (State Vs. B) arising out of Case Crime No.123 of 2016, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C, P.S Jigna, District Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that summoning of the revisionist for trail under Section 319 Cr.P.C. is not justified since his name was not mentioned in the first information report nor he has been named by any other accused. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has pointed out that the revisionist was named in the first information report. During the trial his name is clearly taken by the informant and the victim both. He has been assigned specific role of abduction of the victim. The revisionist has rightly been summoned by the trial court for facing trial. This court after hearing the rival submissions finds that the contentions of opposite party no.2 are correct. No interference is called for in the order impugned. The order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Mirzapur is affirmed. Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Arunendra Kumar Shukla, Ram Krishna Mishra, Ras Bihari Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Ajay Kumar Singh, G.A. Pintu @ Pramod Kumar Bind .....Revisionist(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
