Mr. Vijay Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the term of Gram Panchayat is about to complete and hardly two months remain for its completion. 4. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 26.06.2023 passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Nasik in Grampanchayat Appeal No.131 of 2022 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.
