Case No. 123 of 2024 arising out of Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(M)/ 351(1)/89 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga. 3. The petitioner, on the pretext of marriage, established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is already a married lady. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the prosecutrix was already a married lady and there was no occasion of her marriage with the petitioner. 5. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about a year. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga in connection with S.T.
