1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court in exercise of its inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR bearing Crime No.04/2022 registered at Police Station – Daundilohara, Distt. Balod for offence u/s 498A/34 of IPC as also the other criminal proceedings emanating therefrom against the petitioners in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.2 submit that in the present case charge sheet has been filed and trial has commenced.
