The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.266, dated 15.08.2025 under Sections 318(4) BNS, registered at Police Station Narnaud, District Hansi, Haryana.

This Court vide order dated 20.11.2025 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 20.11.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Mr. Dhruv Sheoran, Advocate has filed the memorandum of appearance on behalf of the complainant.
