1. The present Petition, filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Act”], seeks appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes inter se the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that an Appeal under Section 37 of the Act, being FAO (COMM) 257/2025, had been preferred by the Respondent herein, which came to be decided by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide Judgement dated 13.03.2026 [“said Judgement”].

Learned counsel for the parties submit that by way of the said Judgement, the Hon’ble Division Bench has directed for appointment of an Arbitrator for de novo adjudication of disputes between the parties and therefore, the present Petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the present Petition stands dismissed as being infructuous.
