Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present application has been filed for quashing of the charge sheet dated 11.12.2020 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 117 of 2021 (State Vs. Bavita Devi and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 205 of 2020, under Sections 420, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Gabhana, District Aligarh. 4. It is alleged that pursuant to the order of this Court, compromise has been verified on 01.09.2025. The said order is on record along with supplementary affidavit. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, the aforesaid verification and following the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Nikhil Merchant Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another: (2008) 9 SCC 677 and Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and another: (2012) 10 SCC 303, the application deserves to be allowed. 6. The application is allowed. 7. The proceedings of aforesaid case are hereby quashed.
