Finding is returned that when the answer sheets were re-examined pursuant to a decision of the State on various complaints received, it was found that the appellants had encircled more than one bubble as a result of which their OMR sheets could not be evaluated and they were held ineligible. The finding in this regard is borne out from the record. Merely stating that on the earlier occasion their marks were ascertained cannot be relied upon when various complaints were made in respect of previous proceedings as a result of which the answer sheets are re- examined, wherein, the infirmity pointed out is noticed.
