During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that her employer, being the respondent No.1 – School, has already submitted the petitioner’s case to the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi [“DoE”]. The petitioner has also made several representations to the School and DoE for a decision on her representation. She submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage with a time bound direction for consideration and disposal of her representation by DoE. 2.
