P.S. Loni Border, District Ghaziabad, whereby the appellate court has set aside the order dated 8.7.2024 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Ghaziabad remanding the matter to the J.J. Board for fresh decision according to law. The order does not sufferes from any illegality. The Juvenile Justice Board, Ghaziabad is directed to decide the case in pursuance of the remand order within a period one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
