Learned counsel for the Bank submits that in view of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 the petitioner cannot be granted the relief as prayed for. 3. The petitioner may avail the remedy as available to him under SARFAESI Act, 2002. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, no interference is required. 5.
