This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction including a writ it is therefore, to direct Respondent No. 2 and 3 to take action in compliance of an order dated 04.06.2012 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 29274 of 2012." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in writ petition, it appears that petitioner wants compliance of the order dated 4.6.2012 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 29274 of 2012. 3. The prayer made in writ petition cannot be granted by this Court in subsequent writ petition. Petitioner has a remedy of filing of contempt application, in case the order of this Court is not complied with. 4. Writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
