The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mihijam P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 80 of 2023, for the offences registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara. 3. On 12.05.2022, at about 01:40 p.m., the informant was waylaid by six persons near Bodma Pole Factory. The dacoits looted Rs.11 lakh from them. 4. Mr. Mahesh Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that Rs.25,000/-is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner which the petitioner is claiming to be his. 5. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2024. 6. Mr. Mohua Palit, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara in connection with Mihijam P.S.
