Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Teacher (Panchayat) on 17.06.2005 and services of the petitioner were regularized on 29.04.2008. He would further submit that the petitioner submitted her representation on 18.06.2016 and 19.07.2017, claiming therein, promotion to the post of Lecturer (Panchayat), but till date the same has not been considered. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose. 4. Heard. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner in objective manner, preferably within a period of 90 days, if already not considered. 6.
