Grievance of the petitioner is that the authorities are not opening bids submitted pursuant to e-procurement notice issued by the department on 7.4.2025. On 10.6.2025, learned State counsel was directed to take instructions in the matter. Such instructions have been furnished by learned State counsel. District Magistrate, Ghaziabad in his instructions has stated that the processing of bids has begun and that some more time will be taken to conclude the proceedings. In view of the stand taken by the respondents that the processing of bids would be concluded within a period of six weeks, we find that no further direction in the matter is required to be issued.
