Applicant No.1-Sharukh, Applicant No.2- Zuber, Applicant No.4-Navi Ahmed, Applicant No.5-Raees Ahmed, Applicant No.6-Uvaish and Respondent No.2-Keshar Jahan and Respondent No.3-Mukhtiyar, Respondent No.4-Afsar Jahan Respondent No.5-Sarif Ahmad in C528 No.661 of 2025. Applicant No.1-Mohd. Zeeshan, Applicant No.2- Mukhtiyar, Applicant No.3-Keshar Jahan, Applicant No.4-Zareena Be Anshari @ Zareena, Applicant No.5-Sarif Ahamad, Applicant No.6- Samar Jahan and Respondent No.2-Uvaish in C528 No.667 of 2025 are present in the Court. They are duly identified by their respective counsel. 6. The above mentioned cases C528 No.661 of 2025 and C528 No.667 of 2025 are cross cases. In C528 No.661 of 2025 applicants have sought quashing of the charge sheet dated 17.08.2019 as well as summoning/cognizance order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Criminal Case No.5742 of 2019 (FIR No.44 of 2019) State vs. Sharukh & others for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 452, 504 & 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Pulbhatta, District Udham Singh Nagar pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Second, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. In C528 No.667 of 2025 applicants have sought quashing of charge sheet dated 26.12.2019 as well as summoning order dated 12.02.2020 passed in Criminal Case No.1035 of 2020 (FIR No.66 of 2019) State vs. Zeeshan & others for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504 & 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Pulbhatta, District Udham Singh Nagar pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate (Second) Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 7. The matter relates to parking of E-Rikshaw whereby it escalated into a quarrel and thereafter a criminal proceeding before learned Magistrate. 8. Today the parties have come into a term of compromise which has been verified by the learned counsel for the parties. 9. Since the parties have entered into compromise and respondents do not wish to prosecute the applicants in any manner, the matter may be compounded. 10. In view of the observation as above, both the compounding applications are allowed. The entire proceeding of Criminal Case No.5742 of 2019 as well as Criminal Case No.1035 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 452, 504 & 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Pulbhatta, District Udham Singh Nagar pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate (Second) Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar are quashed. 11.
