The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 125/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1369 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 448, 504/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 3. On 01.06.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons assaulted the father of the informant namely Lakhdeo Sao, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused Raju Singh @ Bablu Singh and Bipin Bihari Singh have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agrawal, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Hussainabad P.S.
