1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 This Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for entire Records from the office of the respondents in respect of Petitioner claim. VISHAKHA BEOHAR Digitally signed by VISHAKHA BEOHAR
2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 3 to decide the appeal (Annexure P/3) expeditiously within stipulated time. 10.3 That, any other Writ, order directions or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit may kindly be passed in favor of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of suspension dated 19.06.2024, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority on 01.07.2024 itself, however, till date, the appeal has not been decided and, as such, the direction may be issued to the concerned respondent authorities to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within some short time period.
3. Considering the fact that the appeal was preferred by the petitioner way back on 21.07.2024 itself, the appellate authority i.e. respondent No.3 Joint Director, Education Department, Bilaspur Division is directed to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner while passing appropriate orders in a pragmatic manner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.
