The revisional application has been pre- ferred challenging an order dated 15.02.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Ses- sions Court, Bichar Bhawan, at Calcutta in connection with ML Case No. 12 of 2024 there- by taking cognizance of the complaint filed un- der Section 44 read with Section 45 of the Pre- vention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 for the commission of offence as defined under Section 3 read with Section 70, punishable under Sec- tion 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate appearing vir- tually that the order dated 15th February, 2025, which has been challenged in the present case 1 2 has already been set aside by an order passed by the High Court in CRR 2072 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner sub- mits that the said order of the High Court was in respect of the petitioner therein and not in respect of the petitioner in the present case. 4. In the order passed in CRR 2072 of 2025, it has been noted by the High Court that as no pre-cognizance opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner therein, the order was being set aside. 5. Learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate submits that vide order no. 39 dat- ed 14.08.2025, the learned Chief Judge has is- sued notice for pre-cognizance hearing to all the accused persons including the petitioner herein. 6. The copies of order sheet filed be kept with the record. 7. The revisional application is thus dis- posed of as “infructuous”. 8.
