By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submitted that presently both the petitioners are living in Gujrat and as such, no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to pursue the instant petition and the same may be dismissed.
