The application for interim suspension of the decree of divorce filed by the appellant/wife was rejected by order dated 30.06.2009, observing that the respondent/husband has already got married and there was no justification to grant interim suspension of the decree of divorce. 3. No representation from either side. 4. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
