Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 22.05.2025, in Crl.A.No.487 of 2025, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 am., and shall appear https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.M.P.No.13288 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.487 of 2025 before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 am., until further orders. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed the present petition. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 5. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as an when required for interrogation. 6.
