Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a vehicle was owned by the husband of the petitioner, who has expired. There is some tax liability and recovery citation has been issued to recover this amount. She further submits that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount in instalment. Learned State Counsel, under instructions, submits that the petitioner was duly given a notice for depositing the amount, and after following all the statutory provisions, the recovery citation has been issued. He further submits that the petitioner may still approach the State Taxation Authority, if she has any grievances. The instructions are taken on record. At it, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to seek appropriate relief from the concerned authority. The permission is accorded.
