Consolidation of Holdings Act challenging the order passed by the Consolidation Officer and the Settlement Officer of Consolidation. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the affidavit filed by the District Magistrate/District Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mirzapur, order dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure-9) passed in previous Writ-B No.2370 of 2024 has full been complied with.
