This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. To issue an order direction to Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut, i.e. respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the recall application dated 11.02.2025 in appeal No. 916 of 2023 Computerized Case no. C- 202311000000916 (Prem Chand Vs. Satyaveer & others), within a short stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." It is contended that recall application is pending in Appeal No.916 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.C-202311000000916). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said recall application may be decided expeditiously. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2/ Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut to decide the recall application pending in Appeal No.916 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.C- 202311000000916), after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
