A preliminary objection has been raised as to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the land in dispute are situated before different Gaon Sabha, and eviction proceedings have been initiated for two separate land. Against the order of eviction, two separate revisions were preferred by the petitioner, but both the proceedings have been challenged in present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. In view of the said fact, present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
