The present criminal misc. applications have been filed by the applicants-petitioners seeking correction in the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Appeal (sb) No.3198/2024 (Kalu urf Bala Vs. State & Anr.) with the connected appeal No.3199/2024 (Mukesh Vs. State & Anr.). 2. Counsels for the applicants-petitioners submit that the criminal appeals were filed against the order dated 26.11.2024, passed by the Court of learned Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Tonk, in connection with F.I.R. No.56/2024 registered with the Police Station Peeplu, District Tonk, however, in para six (6) of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court, the details of Court below and the F.I.R., have been mentioned incorrectly as; 'learned Special Judge S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities Cases), Kota' and 'F.I.R. No.54/2024 registered at Police Station Mahaveer Nagar, District Kota City'. 3. Heard. 4. Considered the submissions made by counsels for the applicants-petitioners and also perused the order dated 04.02.2025. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by counsels for the applicants-petitioners and the averments made in the present misc. applications, same are allowed and the details of Court below and F.I.R., as mentioned in para six (6) of the order dated 04.02.2025 as 'learned Special Judge S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities Cases), Kota' and 'F.I.R. No.54/2024 registered at Police Station Mahaveer Nagar, District Kota City' are now ordered to be read as 'the Court of learned Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Tonk' and 'F.I.R. No.56/2024 [2025:RJ-JP:5615] (3 of 3) [CRLMA-69/2025] registered with the Police Station Peeplu, District Tonk', in para six (6) of the order dated 04.02.2025. 6. Accordingly, the present misc. applications stand allowed. 7. This order be treated as part and partial of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court. 8.
