Das, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S. Baruah, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and Mr. H. Maurya, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. The challenge made in this writ petition is to the judgment dated 11.12.2017 passed by the learned Labour Court in reference Case No.1/2017, whereby, the petitioners have been directed to be paid monetary compensation at the rate of 40,000/- to the petitioner no.1 and Rs. 30,000/- each to the remaining three petitioners. It is stated at the Bar that the parties have settled the issue by consent and agreed to enhance the compensation of further Rs. 10,000/- each petitioners already directed to be paid to the petitioners. In view of above, the learned counsels for the parties have prayed for Page No.# 3/3 disposal of the present petition on the above agreed terms between the petitioners and the respondent no.2. Having considered above, the writ petition stands disposed of on the above agreed terms by enhancing Rs. 10,000/- to each of the compensation directed to be paid to the petitioners.
