Heard Sri Haroon Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State. This is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected for want of prosecution vide order dated 14.05.2025. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arif with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, under Sections- 376AB, 506 I.P.C. and under Sections 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station - Ghazipur, District - Fatehpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 02.04.2024. The allegations against the applicant are quite serious. He has committed the offence of rape against a minor girl aged about eight years old. The medical report fully supports the prosecution case. It is not a fit case for bail. The bail application is accordingly, rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, as per section 309 Cr.P.C. (new section 346 B.N.S.S.) Registrar(Compliance) is directed to communicate this order to the concerned court below within ten days.
