Mr. S.K. Mandal, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. R.S. Bisht, Additional C.S.C. for the State. The petitioner claims that she is entitled to transfer at one of the options given by her, based on spouse policy, because her husband is working in Ramnagar, District Nainital. The petitioner has been working for the last 13 years in non-accessible area. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on similar grounds, transfers are being affected by the respondent-authorities, but the last representation given by the petitioner on 07.05.2025, which is Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, has yet not been decided by the respondent-authorities. He would submit that based on the request, the recommendation for transfer has already been initiated by the respondent- authorities. Learned State Counsel would submit that the representation dated 07.05.2025, Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition, will be decided by the respondents within a period of two weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel.
