The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 24.11.2024 registered as F.I.R/Case Crime No. 850 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 64(2)(m) and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3(a)/4(2) and 5(l)/6 of POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar and further directing the respondent nos.1 & 2 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to abovementioned F.I.R.. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested in the present matter. 6.
