State of U.P.), before this Hon'ble Court, Deepak Chauhan (applicant) respectively contents in the Annexure No. 1, and/or be pleased to pass such other and further orders, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. Otherwise the applicant would suffer irreparable loss." In nutshell, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been enlarged on bail in all cases but due to poverty, his Parokar has failed to furnish for 16 sureties and due to non filing of large number of sureties, he is languishing in jail inspite of passing bail order. In this circumstances he prays for a direction to permit him to submit two sureties for all these cases who may be stood as sureties in all cases. There is force in the submission of learned counsel for the applicant. The application is disposed of with observation that the applicant is permitted to file two sureties, which may be stood sureties in all cases provided they are possessed of sufficient means, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
