Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner/husband has filed the petition in C.M.P.No.2 of 2023 in M.C.No.15 of 2023 seeking to set aside the exparte order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Thirupur. The learned Judge, Family Court vide impugned order dated 16.04.2024 dismissed the petitioner's petition. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this criminal revision petition. 4. Section 397(ii) Cr.P.C. clearly states that powers of revision cannot be used against the interlocutory orders.
