Case No.84 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61, 111(2), (b), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 66(c), 66(d) of the I.T. Act. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner is involved in cyber fraud. The petitioner and others have been cheating gullible devotees, who were looking for helicopter booking for going to Kedarnath temple. The mobile phone has also been recovered from the petitioner. He is in custody since 08.05.2025. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. pawan/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U T
