The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banipatti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 376AB, 341, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor victim. 4. The petitioner is in jail since 28.05.2024. 5. Considering the serious allegation of rape with a Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62709 of 2024(8) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 minor victim levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
