Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and learned AGA. 3. By means of instant application u/s 528 BNSS, the applicants have prayed for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No. 15 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime no. 335 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427, 452 IPC, P.S. Tharwai, District Allahabad, pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Allahabad. 4. Office has reported that compliance report of compromise verification is still awaited. A certified copy of compromise verification order has been placed on record through supplementary affidavit filed today. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the parties have entered into compromise; they have settled their dispute amicably and they are no longer inclined to proceed with the said case; the compromise has been duly verified by the trial court on 19.8.2025 and a copy of order together with compromise has been produced before the Court. 5. No objection raised by learned counsel for respondent no. 2 on prayer made on behalf of the applicants. 6. In view of the fact that the parties have entered into compromise, which has been duly verified, the criminal proceedings are liable to be quashed.
