Heard. At the very outset, learned State Counsel would submit that as per Section 29 of the School Education Act, 2006 (“the Act”), the impugned order may be challenged before the State Government. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take recourse to Section 29 of the Act. The permission is accorded.
