By the present writ petition the petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No. 4 Commissioner, Municipal Corporation to release the payment towards the supply of FERRIC ALLUM made by purchase order dated 25.01.2020. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is a ‘Dispute Resolution Mechanism’ under clause 16.1 & 16.2 under the General Terms and Condition on GeM 4.0 (Version 1.17) dated 09 August 2024 and in the present case also the said mechanism is available. 3. Considering the same, the petitioner may approach the authority under clause 16.1 of the General Terms and Condition on GeM 4.0 (Version 1.17) dated 09 August 2024 to resolve the dispute as raised by the petitioner in present writ petition. 4. In event of filing of such request the respondent No. 04 i.e. Municipal corporation is directed to proceed and resolve the dispute raised by the petitioner in accordance with the Clause 16 of the General Terms and Condition on GeM 4.0 (Version 1.17) dated 09 August 2024 within 45 days from the date of receiving the request of the petitioner. 5.
