Petitioner submits that she wants certain complaints filed by her to be investigated in the matter of demand of bribe for getting selection on the post of Anganwadi Worker. In my considered view this does not become a service matter as the petitioner wants investigation into charges of corruption for which she may invoke the remedy as may be available under the Government order dated 12.09.1995 for holding vigilance enquiry or may apporach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
