Challenge in the present petition is to the notification/advertisement dated 02.05.2025 issued by the respondent-Bank whereby the Bank has called for fresh appointment without considering the service of present petitioners. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to the grievance, the petitioner(s) have already submitted a representation dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent-Bank is directed to consider and decide the said representation, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Keeping in view the order which this Court intends to pass, issuance of notice is not deemed necessary.
