Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length submits that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge, Chandausi, Sambhal (Chandausi) in S.C.C. Revision No.28 of 2013 (Anil Kumar Vs. Ramraj and others) in appropriate proceeding in case S.C.C. Revision No.28 of 2013 is decided against the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge, Chandausi, Sambhal (Chandausi) in S.C.C. Revision No.28 of 2013 (Anil Kumar Vs. Ramraj and others) in appropriate proceeding in case S.C.C. Revision No.28 of 2013 is decided against the petitioner.
