Ms. Shreya Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that impugned bill/notice has already been withdrawn and fresh bill has also been issued on 05.07.2025. 3. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondents, we find that the grievance raised in the writ petition does not survive. In the event petitioner is aggrieved by subsequent bill issued to him, it shall be open for him to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings. 4.
