He is permitted to do so and ten days’ time is granted to the applicants to approach the court of learned Sessions Judge for grant of bail in anticipation of arrest and till then, the order dated 17.11.2025 shall continue to remain in operation. 4. In the event, needful is not done within the aforesaid period, protection granted in terms of order dated 17.11.2025 shall cease to remain in operation. 5.
