Lucknow in Revision No. 09 of 2024 (Kamla Hospital Versus Smt. Neelam and others) and order dated 18.08.2023 passed by District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Jhansi in MA No. 03 of 2023, arising out of C.C. No. 285 of 2023 (Smt. Neelam Versus Dr. Nawal Khurana and others). 2.Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State- respondents submits that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal before the National Consumer as provided under Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. 3.
