(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant deemed/notional date of promotion to the petitioners, who are physically handicapped employees, on the post of Headmaster and as Principal in view of the Government instructions dated 25.03.2022 and 11.07.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition. 3.
